• Bohlokong Shopping Centre: Erf 93 and 94, Bohlokong, Bethlehem (Retail)

Scope of work:

• Prepare and submit consolidation applications, including application fees.
• Conduct cadastral surveys of the properties.
• Obtain consolidation approval from the relevant municipality.
• Obtain SG Diagram approvals through a land surveyor: survey the proposed consolidated properties, draw the diagram, and lodge it with the Surveyor General for approval.
• Register the consolidation at the Deeds Office: draft the consolidation application in terms of Section 40(3) of the Act, prepare the certificate of consolidated title, register the consolidation, and issue the new title deed.
