Submit the printed deposit slip as proof of payment when collecting the documents. • NO fee is required for documents downloaded from the e‑tender portal. • Complete the bid form, attach all required supporting documents and a soft copy of the bid on a flash drive. • Deliver the completed bid to the bid box at the municipality offices (same address as above).
