• Submit a completed and signed bid document in a file with dividers between each schedule.
• Include the following schedules: 1) Tax compliance status, 2) Business registration (directors and membership), 3) Completed SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 4) Mandatory requirements.
• All required returnable documents must be attached; missing documents will lead to disqualification.
• Late quotations will not be accepted.
• Ensure the bid is labelled with the RFQ reference (RFQ 81‑25) and signed by an authorized person.
• Deliver the bid to the address specified in the tender invitation before 11:00 on 13 January 2026.

Scope: Provide a venue and full catering for a strategic workshop of 65 participants on 21‑23 January 2026.

• Venue must accommodate 65 people, be 10‑40 km from NRCS Pretoria offices, and allow three break‑away sessions with garden or patio access.
• Venue must include projector and sound system.
• Catering menu minimums include:

• Morning tea (8:00 h): scones, butter, jam, muffins.
• Breakfast (10:00 h): croissants, fillings, muesli, yoghurt, fruit salad, 65×500 ml still water, coffee, tea.
• Lunch (per day): two starches, Greek salad, grilled fish, lamb chops, grilled chicken, beef stew (choice of meat), mixed vegetables, 65 assorted soft drinks, 65×500 ml still water (2 per person per day).

• Supplier must provide proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit completed SBD forms.
• Failure to meet specifications results in immediate disqualification.

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration.
• Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate (original) from SARS.
• B‑BBEE Level 1 minimum required.
• Provide completed SBD 1, 3.1, 4, 6.1 forms.
