The specific goals criteria include B-BBEE status level, promotion of enterprises located in a specific province, and local content.

The technical specifications include the provision of law enforcement peace officer and traffic warden training, with a target group of Kouga officials. The training must be credit-bearing and aligned to Unit Standard 377224 (NQF Level 4, 8 credits) and 120476 (NQF Level 5, 4 credits). The venue and refreshments will be provided by the Municipality in Jeffreys Bay.

Bidders MUST submit valid B-BBEE sworn affidavit/ certificate AND Latest Municipal Billing Clearance Certificate/ Copy of Municipal Account / Rental Documentation for operational offices in the name of the bidding company to claim points for specific goals.

The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form (MBD7). The contract will include the terms and conditions of the agreement, and the bidder must accept full responsibility for the proper execution and fulfilment of all obligations and conditions devolving on them under the agreement.

Bidders are required to submit valid proof of accreditation, registered in the name of the bidding company for the Unit Standard 377224 and Unit Standard 120476.
