Bidders must hold a CIDB contractor grading of 4 ce or higher and attend a compulsory clarification meeting before submitting a hard copy tender and an electronic jde submission by 04/09/2026 at 11h00.
CIDB contractor grading designation of 4 CE or higher is required.
Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting on 24 August 2026 at 11am at 3 Zezwe Road, corner of Zezwe Road and Mdubu Road, Ntuzuma A, is mandatory.
Hard copy tender offer must be delivered to the Tender Box in the foyer of the Municipal Building, 166 KE Masinga Road, Durban, and an electronic submission made via the eThekwini Municipality JDE System (ESP Module), both on or before 04/09/2026 at 11h00; the hard copy is the ruling version.
