The CCT intends to appoint two tenderers per category: the highest ranked acceptable tenderer (Winner) and one Alternate Tenderer. Orders are ordinarily offered to the Winner; if the Winner declines or is unable to fulfil an order (due to stock availability, capacity, delivery timeframes, quality issues, warranty failures, or repeated breaches), the order may be offered to the Alternate. No minimum quantity or expenditure is guaranteed, and appointment does not confer exclusivity. The CCT may cancel the tender process under specified grounds including changed circumstances, lack of funds, no acceptable tenders, material irregularity, or failure to negotiate market-related pricing. Tender offers must remain valid for 120 days after closing, extendable to 12 months and further by up to 6 months by mutual agreement.
