Appointment of land surveyors for subdivision and registration of erven – western cape tender

Closing date and time: 18 September 2026 at 12:00. Bids will be opened in public immediately after closing. Tender documents available from 21 August 2026.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference and title, and placed in the tender box at the Langeberg Municipal Office, 28 Main Road, Ashton, before 12:00 on 18 September 2026. Bids will be opened publicly at that time. Late, faxed, or emailed tenders will not be considered. The official bid document must be fully completed in black ink, all pages submitted, and preferably bound. Supporting documents must be submitted separately and stapled or bound.

Tenders will be evaluated according to the Council's Supply Chain Management Policy and the 80/20 Preference Point system. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted; the Council reserves the right to accept any tender.

The tender is for the appointment of professional land surveyors to subdivide and register erven, as specified in the bid document.

Bidders must be professional land surveyors capable of subdividing and registering erven. The bid document must be fully completed and submitted as specified. The 80/20 Preference Point system applies, and the Supply Chain Management Policy can be viewed at Municipal Offices or www.langeberg.gov.za.
