• Company Experience: Proven track record in employee/public transport services. Scoring:

• 5 pts: 5+ years (client letter).

• 4 pts: 3-5 years (client letter).

• 2 pts: <3 years (client letter).

• 0 pts: No proof.

• Vehicles: 4 x 14-seater minibuses, each with:

• Registration certificate.

• Proof of tracking device.

• Age/mileage scoring as per evaluation criteria.

• Drivers: 4 required, each with valid C1 licence + PrDP (5 pts each).
• Roadworthiness: 4 x valid Roadworthy Certificates (5 pts total).
• Maintenance: Full service history for all 4 vehicles (5 pts total).
