The bidder must have experience in providing catering services for large events.

Pricing schedule for catering services. The bidder must provide firm prices, including all applicable taxes. The prices must cover all expenses, disbursements, and costs required for the execution of the work.

The bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid proof of registration. The bidder must also have a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) pin. The bidder must not be in the service of the state, and must not have directors/shareholders listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters or National Treasury's Database of Restricted Suppliers.
