Once-off supply and delivery of security uniforms for Map Water (SOC) Ltd. All items must be new, unused, good-quality and fit for purpose. Technically equivalent or superior products may be offered subject to Map Water's approval.

• Quantities: 33 each of full combat shirt (navy blue), full combat trousers (navy blue), full combat jersey (navy blue), security cap/head gear (navy blue), security belt (navy blue), and security footwear/high-cut safety boot (black). Total 165 units.
• Full combat shirt: 100% cotton (preferably DW-D59FA or equivalent), short-sleeve, button front, two breast pockets, flat collar, epaulette slots, Map Water logo embroidered above left breast pocket.
• Full combat trousers: durable 100% cotton or equivalent, concealed button fly, front creases, two cargo pockets with flaps, drawstring at bottom, reinforced stitching.
• Full combat jersey: woollen or equivalent thermal material, long sleeves, elbow reinforcement, V-neck, epaulette slots, Map Water logo on left chest.
• Security cap: security-style, poly-stretch or equivalent, adjustable, Map Water logo embroidered on front.
• Security belt: heavy-duty web belt, durable woven material, adjustable, strong buckle.
• Security footwear: high-cut, lightweight, genuine leather or equivalent upper, 1150 Denier nylon mesh, moisture-wicking lining, padded collar and tongue, EVA midsole, steel shank, slip-resistant carbon rubber outsole, protective toe cap if classified as safety footwear.
• Safety footwear must comply with SANS 20345, have valid NRCS approval, and be supplied with certification documentation.
• Sizes must match the final approved Map Water size schedule; incorrect sizes replaced at supplier's cost.
• Map Water logo embroidery positions: combat shirt – left above breast pocket; combat jersey – left chest; security warm jacket – left chest; security cap – front/forehead.
• Supplier must submit uniform samples and product documentation (data sheets, manufacturer specs, certificates of conformity, SANS/NRCS docs) before delivery.
• Delivery to Map Water premises as per Purchase Order; partial delivery only with prior written approval.
• Map Water may inspect and reject non-compliant items; rejected items replaced at no cost.

• Delivery must include correct items, sizes, colours, quantities, Map Water branding, appropriate packaging, and delivery documentation.

Security footwear must be high-cut, lightweight, and suitable for prolonged standing, walking and outdoor security duties.

• If supplied as safety footwear, it must comply with SANS 20345, have valid NRCS approval for the exact model, have a protective toe cap rated for the applicable impact, and be accompanied by certification/approval documentation.

The successful bidder will be required to sign a written Contract Form (MBD 7).

• The bid is subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Regulations, the General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any special conditions.
• The contract is strictly once-off; no automatic entitlement to additional quantities or future orders.
