Late bids, electronic copies, telegraphic or faxed bids will not be accepted. Only one submission per bidder will be considered. Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (not re-typed) and must be properly indexed. The bid document is obtainable from the cashiers point at Phuthaditjhaba offices from 04 September 2026 after 10h00 on payment of a non-refundable fee of R504.00 (cash or bank guaranteed in favour of the municipality), or may be downloaded from the e-tender portal at no charge. The bid must remain valid for 90 days. Returnable forms include: MBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), MBD 2 (Tax Clearance Requirements), MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim), MBD 8 (Declaration of Bidder's Past Supply Chain Management Practices), and MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Bid Determination).

Active Members (Except for Sole Traders and Partnership).
Bidders must be registered with Central Supplier Database (CSD), CSD number must
