Supply and delivery of the following items to the Midlands Regional Office, 40 Shepstone Road, Ladysmith: 1. Measuring wheel — digital, metric/imperial display, minimum range 10 000 m, reset button, foldable handle, carrying bag included. Quantity: 2 units. 2. Laser distance measure — range up to 100 m, accuracy ±1.5 mm, IP54 rated, Bluetooth connectivity, rechargeable battery, carrying case included. Quantity: 2 units. Delivery must be completed within 14 calendar days of receipt of the purchase order. All items must be new, unused, and carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

Pricing must be firm and inclusive of VAT, delivery to the specified address, and the 12-month warranty. No price adjustments will be allowed after submission. No bid security, performance bond, or advance payment guarantee is required. Payment terms: 30 days from receipt of a valid tax invoice after satisfactory delivery and inspection.
