Massage: two massage therapists; 30-minute therapeutic back massage for 23 people; provider must supply two massage beds. Smoothies: one Blendavenda Smoothie Bike; 23 x 350ml Green Tropical Smoothie (pineapple, spinach/kale, berries, green juice) and 23 x 350ml Peanut Butter Smoothie (peanut butter, bananas, plain yogurt, ice), served in Styrofoam cups with lids and straws. Provider to supply own tools and equipment (extension cords, cooler boxes, tables, tablecloths).

Prices must be VAT inclusive (if VAT registered) and quoted in South African Rand. VAT vendors must include VAT; failure means the quoted price is deemed all-inclusive and no VAT will be added after award. Non-VAT registered providers who charge VAT will be automatically disqualified. Only prices completed in the cost breakdown table will be accepted for evaluation; failure to provide prices in the table leads to disqualification. No price changes accepted after the Award Letter/Purchase Order is issued. • Control and monitor access to documents and records, allowing only authorised personnel.
• Premises must have a fire suppression system, including carbon dioxide fire extinguishers.
• Secure facility with controlled access, surveillance systems, secure doors, locks, and alarms.
• Physical security measures including controlled access points, surveillance cameras, and 24/7 security monitoring.
• Network security for digital storage systems: firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption.
• Grant access on a need-to-know basis, use strong authentication, and regularly review access permissions.
• Implement cybersecurity measures against malware, phishing, and unauthorised access; use encryption for data in transit and at rest; regularly update and patch systems.
• Have a documented incident response plan and report security incidents or data breaches to the RAF promptly.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to the same data protection and cybersecurity standards; the service provider is responsible for their compliance.
• Cooperate with RAF audits and assessments of compliance.
