Item 2: Removal, repair and reinstallation of weighbridges and linked computer and printer systems, including supply of lightning protection units, load cells (HBM C16 / 30 ton), load cells for trolley/bogey/compactor units, weighbridge display/indicator (DUX SL, DUX SS or DUX SG) with power supply, traffic remote display with power supply, and an 8-way PCB for the weighbridge with waterproof junction box, glands, connectors and wiring.
Item 3: Repair and maintenance of aggregates chutes – repair aggregate chute on belt no. 2 for gradual and sliding release of stones onto belt no. 2.
Item 4: Repair and maintenance of crusher plant control room – professional welding and reinforcement with steel plates, remove rust, apply rust-inhibiting primer and paint, replace damaged and corroded panels, and seal the control room to prevent dust entry.
Item 5: Repair and maintenance of pumps, motors and motor gearboxes – supply, deliver and install motor gearbox to 19mm stone conveyor belt, diesel pump, bitumen pump, extraction fan motor, water pump, and mixing drum motor.
