The bids will be evaluated in three stages with stage one focusing on initial screening on Supply Chain Management

(SCM) returnable requirements, stage two focusing on responsiveness to the functionality criteria and stage three focusing

on price and B-BBEE as outlined in this bid document. Bidders who fail to meet the minimum requirements for each stage

will not be considered further.
