Proposals should be submitted on or before the 17 August 2026 by no later than 16H00 to the following address: [email protected] or [email protected]. The selection of the qualifying bid/quotations will be at the Brand South Africa’s sole discretion.

Bidders must provide a detailed breakdown of costs on company letterhead.

Proposals will be evaluated in terms of the prevailing Supply Chain Management policy applicable to Brand SA and it should be noted that proposals will be assessed using the 80/20 formula (preference points system) for Price and Specific Goals as per the PPPFA Regulations. The training is aimed at equipping professionals with the skills to organise tasks, streamline team communication, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Course outline must include the following: Apply project management principles, methodologies and tools to coordinate organisational projects effectively. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk management strategies. Monitor project performance, manage resources and ensure delivery of project objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes. Strengthen leadership and decision-making skills required for programme and projects.

Bidders must provide proof of experience in providing project coordination and programme management training. CV of the proposed facilitator must demonstrate technical and professional experience in project coordination and programme management - 3 years’ experience.

The price quoted must be valid for at least 90 days. Payments will only be made on the basis of the work completed (milestones/deliverables) as per the project implementation plan to be agreed at the inception of the project.

Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database and have a valid tax clearance certificate. Completed and signed SBD forms must be submitted. A copy of CSD report and certified copy of B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit must be submitted as proof of specific goals.

The Service provider/Facilitator must be SETA or QCTO Accredited for project coordination and programme management training.
