The MHSC reserves the right to terminate the contract/PO during the first week after work has commenced if the service provider has misrepresented themselves or their product and will not be able to fulfil the requirements. The MHSC may cancel the RFQ due to changed circumstances, lack of funds, no RFQ meeting specifications, material irregularity, or bidder failure to deliver.
