Bidder must be a company with reputable project management experience. Mandatory: Matric Certificate and Master's degree (NQF 9) in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Information Management, Public Management, Business Administration, or equivalent SAQA-recognized qualification. Relevant experience in Agricultural Projects Development Management is an added advantage. Valid driver's license required.

• Role: Director for the CASP & Land Care Project Management Office (CLPMO).
• Duration: 9 months.
• Key Requirements:

• Matric Certificate and a master’s degree (NQF level 9) in a relevant field (Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Information Management, Public Management, Business Administration or SAQA-recognised equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in Agricultural Projects Development Management is advantageous.

• Duties:

• Provide support in planning, monitoring, implementation, and reporting on CASP and Land Care funded projects in line with DORA and PFMA.
• Ensure timely compilation and submission of projects and business plans to GDARD executives for assessment and approval.
• Align projects with national and provincial priorities.
• Guide the department and clients on accessing Conditional Grants.
• Provide information management services, develop and update project databases/registers and infrastructure reporting models.
• Provide contract management support to the Chief Directorate.
• Oversee human resources management and development.
• Provide input into budgeting and financial management.

• Duties include providing support in planning, monitoring, implementation, and reporting on CASP and Land Care funded projects.
• Ensure projects and business plans are compiled and submitted on time for executive assessment and approval.
• Align projects with national and provincial priorities.
• Guide the department and clients on accessing Conditional Grants.

• Price escalations (if applicable) and their conditions must be clearly indicated.
• Price quotations must be valid for 60 days from the quotation closing date.

• Mandatory compliance documents:

• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Completed and signed SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) form.
• Completed and signed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim) form.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

• Tax compliance will be verified via CSD or SARS eFiling prior to award; non-compliance may lead to disqualification under National Treasury Instruction.
• Bidders must declare any state employment, relationships with procuring institution officials, or interests in other related enterprises (via SBD4).
• Bidders listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers will be disqualified.
• The general conditions of contract published by National Treasury will apply.

• Submit a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Submit SBD 6.1 preference points claim form.
• Specific goals for preference points include HDI Equity Ownership, Women Equity Ownership, Disability, and Youth (each potentially worth points).

• The appointee can be a company with reputable Project Management Experience.
• Duration: The appointed service provider will be employed for a period of 9 months.
