• Display: 86-inch Infrared touchscreen, 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160), D-LED panel with wide viewing angles, 20-point multi-touch, brightness ≥350 nits, 60Hz minimum refresh rate, Wi-Fi direct projection, includes Rolling Stand II and Wall Mount Bracket.
• Minimum OPS System: 8 CPU cores, 12 GB RAM, 128 GB internal storage.
• Audio & Video: Built-in 4K camera (≥8 MP), built-in microphone array with at least 24 mics and noise cancellation, built-in stereo speakers with minimum 5x15W output.
• Connectivity: Wireless screen sharing (AirPlay/Miracast/Google Cast), HDMI, USB-C, USB-A, Ethernet/LAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 5/6 support, Ideashare Key (projection dongle).
• Software & Collaboration: Support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Huawei Cloud Meeting or equivalent; interactive whiteboarding and annotation; remote device management and firmware updates.

• The 80/20 system applies for contracts up to R50 million; the 90/10 system for above R50 million. The document states either may apply, with the lowest acceptable tender determining the system.
