REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Potential bidders are urged to submit the following attachments when submitting their proposals, failure to do so will lead to disqualification.

• All municipal rates and taxes of the renderer must be paid where the business has its head or regional office and rates clearance certificate not older than 3 months must be submitted with the bid, if the property is being leased by the bidder then lease agreement should be submitted and failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• Latest full CSD Report (Not Older than 3 months).
• Fully Completed and Signed MBD 1-9 attached on the tender Document.

Bidder must not be in the service of the state or listed on the Tender Defaulters Register. Must have a valid tax clearance status (TCS PIN or CSD number). Must submit a rates clearance certificate (or lease agreement) not older than 3 months for the business location. Must comply with all General Conditions of Contract. Foreign suppliers must complete the additional questionnaire.

• Scope: Valuation of multiple properties for disposal (purchase and lease).
• Properties to be valued (see attached SG diagrams and locality maps):

• Khowa Commonage Land: Agricultural, approx. 262.8 Ha.
• Cala Industrial: 25,696 m² (six portions of 6,424 m² each).
• Cala Institutional (Church): 3,088 m².
• Multiple residential plots on Umthatha Road: sizes 479 m² and 620 m².

• Project timeframe: 30 days from project initiation date.
• Professional requirement: Valuer must be a Professional Valuer (Pr. Val) registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).

• Project timeframe: 30 days from initiation.

• Bidders must provide details of similar past projects: description, contract value, employer name with contactable references.
• Submit completed Past Experience form with duration, nature of work, value, and employer contact.
• Declaration of Interest (MBD 4) required, disclosing any relationships with persons in the service of the state.

• The purchaser may inspect the supplier’s premises and records at reasonable hours.
• Inspection costs borne by purchaser if supplies comply, by supplier if non-compliant.
