Tasez is procuring a service provider to provision, maintain and support its ICT systems, including private cloud hosting, infrastructure and software licences, for a three-year period. The successful bidder must migrate tasez's current cloud infrastructure to a new private hosted environment in a south african certified data centre, with full management, security, backup and disaster recovery. Bidders must achieve a minimum 70% score in the technical/functional evaluation and hold a minimum b-bbee status level 3 to be considered.

Bids must be hand-delivered to the tender box at Building 21, CSIR Campus, Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria, before 12h00 on 01 September 2026; electronic, fax, email or courier submissions are not accepted.
Bidders must hold a minimum B-BBEE status level 3 contributor and submit a valid B-BBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited for QSEs and generics; sworn affidavit or CIPC certificate for EMEs with turnover below R3 million).
A valid ISO 27001 certificate for the company is a mandatory requirement.
Bidders must score at least 70% in the technical/functional evaluation (Company Experience 50 points, Key Personnel Qualifications 30 points, Project Execution Plan 20 points) to proceed to price evaluation.
The solution must be hosted in South Africa in a certified data centre, with two data centres for disaster recovery, RPO of 6 hours and RTO of 4 hours, and backup retention of 90 days daily, 52 weekly, 36 monthly, and yearly for the contract duration.
Pricing must be VAT inclusive in South African Rand, firm and fixed for the three-year contract, and the total price declared on the Price Declaration Form must match the pricing schedule total; an incomplete price list renders the bid non-responsive.
