uMzimkhulu Municipality hereby invites reputable and experienced Service providers to

respond on the projects below:

Service providers must quote as per specification. Tenderer's quotation must be on its company's letterhead with a detailed specification as required in the scope of work.

Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration or CSD number. Quotation must be on the company's letterhead with a detailed specification as required in the scope of work. Required forms: MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9. A Certificate of Authority to sign all documents must be provided by the Board of Directors, duly signed and dated, on company letterhead. The tender document must be signed by the authorized person.

Tender documents will be available on the municipal website (www.umzimkhululm.gov.za)

and will also be available from the cashier at 169 Main Street, uMzimkhulu, 3297 upon the

non-refundable payment of R 250 per document or a bank guaranteed cheque made out

to uMzimkhulu Municipality during working hours between 09:30am and 16:00pm from

the 25th of September 2026; cut-off time for buying documents is the 29th of September

2026, 15 minutes before the briefing time.
