Submission requirements: - submit tender in sealed envelope with tender number, title, tenderer name and address, tender box number, and closing date clearly marked. - Place in tender box 196 at tender & quotation boxes office, 2nd floor (concourse level), civic centre, 12 hertzog boulevard, cape town. - If tender is too large for box, enquire at public counter (tender distribution office) for alternative instructions. - Tender must be submitted before closing time: 10:00 AM on 01 september 2026. - Submit original tender document fully completed and signed, plus all required returnable documents. - Returnable documents include: schedule f.5 (Declaration of interest – state employees), schedule f.7 (Declaration of tenderer’s past supply chain management practices), schedule f.10 (Proposed deviations and qualifications). - Provide product information sheets and material safety data sheets (msds) for all chemicals tendered, appended to annexure f.14. - Record tax compliance status pin number on details of tenderer pages. - Each party in a consortium/joint venture must submit a separate tax compliance status pin. - Tenders submitted by fax or email will be rejected. - Late tenders will not be considered.
