Must be a registered prospective supplier on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must have a valid Tax Compliance Status Pin. Must attend the compulsory clarification meeting (non-attendance leads to disqualification). Must complete and submit all required preference point claim forms (MBD6.1) for B-BBEE evaluation. Must submit a valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner. Bids must be submitted in the correct format (hard copy, sealed envelope) by the deadline.

• The purchaser reserves the right to inspect, test, and analyze goods; non-compliant goods may be rejected at supplier's cost.
