• Provide a bank rating certified by your banker, or if unable, supply full bank details (account holder, bank name, branch, account number, type, code, contact).
• Failure to provide bank rating or details may lead to conclusion of insufficient financial resources.
• For bids above R10 million inclusive of VAT, submit audited financial statements for past three years.
• Pricing must be submitted on the official Pricing Break-Down Schedule (page 38).

• Mandatory registrations:

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required; submit CSD summary report.
• CIDB registration in GB class, grading 3GB or higher.

• Tax compliance: Submit valid tax clearance certificate or SARS PIN.
• B-BBEE: Points claimed via MBD 6.1 for specific goals (Black, Women, Youth, Disability, Local ownership).
