• First Aid Training – Unit Standard 119567, NQF 1, 5 credits, accredited, 2 days, 10 learners.
• Ethics Training – not accredited, 1 day, 50 learners.
• Protection of Personal Information (POPIA) Compliance – not accredited, 1 day, 50 learners.
• Course content must include purpose, unit standard alignment, outcomes, content, and price per person.
• Training material must be user-friendly, aligned to the unit standard, customised for iSimangaliso, and provided electronically at course start.
• Service provider responsible for own transport and accommodation for facilitators.
• Training dates and venues set by the Human Resources Department.
