Bidders must complete a Past Experience form detailing similar projects completed, with contract value, employer name, contact details, and duration. No minimum experience threshold stated. MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) is also included in this section.

Inspection: The municipality may inspect, test, or analyze supplies at any stage. Non-compliant goods may be rejected and must be replaced at supplier's cost. Pre-bid testing at bidder's expense. No specific quality certifications required.

Prices must include 15% VAT. The tender document includes a pricing table for the four line items (laptops and bags). Bidder must fill in unit price and total. No separate schedule of rates or bill of quantities.

Pricing format: bidder must quote unit prices and total including 15% VAT. No bond or guarantee specified. Penalty: if supplier fails to deliver as specified, municipality may withhold 10% of the invoice amount. Rates are fixed; no contract adjustment allowed. Contract period: once off. Payment within 30 days after invoice and delivery.
