Bills of Quantities provided in Part C2.2. Contractor must comply with Construction Regulations 2014 (OHS Act) and have necessary competencies/resources for safe execution. Pricing: Complete priced Bills of Quantities with Final Summary (fixed rates for contract duration, not subject to adjustment except per contract conditions). Rates in Rands, inclusive of all duties, taxes (except VAT), and levies applicable 14 days before closing; VAT shown separately. No tender security required (N/A).
