Administrative forms: submit signed RFQ document, valid tax certificate/pin, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim). Failure to supply may lead to disqualification.
Disqualification: bids will be disqualified if the bidder is not registered on the CSD, has a non-compliant tax status, submits after the deadline, or makes alterations to the bid document other than filling in details and price.
