Late submissions will not be accepted. Documents must be collected in person from KwaDukuza Municipality, Civil Services Department, PMU Building, 2 Industrial Crescent, KwaDukuza, between 09h00 and 15h00 from 10 June 2026 to 25 June 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R1517.00 (VAT inclusive) at the Municipal Finance Directorate, General Justice Mpanza Building, 104 Mahatma Gandhi Street, KwaDukuza (cash or bank-guaranteed cheques only). Only bidders with tender documents may attend the compulsory clarification meeting. Bidders must ensure compliance with COVID-19 regulations. Disqualification risks: canvassing, submission after deadline, or listing in the National Treasury register of defaulters and restricted suppliers.

Deadline: 12H00 on 10 July 2026. No late, telephonic, facsimile, or e-mail tenders accepted. Tender documents available from 10 June 2026 at Carolina Municipal Offices (cashier’s point) during office hours for a non-refundable fee of R1 012.15, or free via municipal website/e-tenders. If no response within 90 working days, consider tender unsuccessful.

Submit bids in person only. Duly completed bids, including a soft copy on a flash drive and all supporting documents, must be deposited in the bid box at Bojanala Platinum District Municipality, corner Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat Street, Rustenburg. No late, telephonic, faxed, or e-mailed bids will be accepted. Bids received after the closing date and time (30 June 2026, 12:00 PM) will not be considered. Bid documents can be obtained from the same address (office hours: Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-13:30) or downloaded from the E-Tender Portal at no cost. A non-refundable bid document fee of R500.00 applies only if collected in person; pay to ABSA Bank, account no: 01120000272, Branch Rustenburg, using the bidder’s name as reference. Returnable Documents: The bidder must submit all required returnable documents as specified in the tender document.

Submit via Eskom eTendering portal (https://eTendering.eskom.co.za). Steps: 1) Register with a valid CSD number, verify email, and complete OTP (sent to email and cellphone). 2) Log in, select tender reference (e.g., E2983GXMPKUS), and click 'Create New Submission'. 3) Upload files under correct categories (Technical, Commercial, Finance). 4) Ensure individual files ≤50MB and total submission ≤900MB. 5) Review all documents, then click 'Finalize Submission' and confirm. 6) Save the confirmation email with submission ID for future reference. Disqualification risks: Incomplete uploads, incorrect file categorization, or exceeding file size limits.

Submit bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender reference (T8.3.14-2026/MN47-2026) and project title: 'THE REFURBISHMENT OF LOOP STREET SWIMMING POOL IN PIKETBERG FOR BERGRIVIER MUNICIPALITY'. Place bids in the tender box at Municipal Offices, 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg by 12:00 on 30 June 2026. Bids addressed to municipal officials personally will be disqualified. Courier companies are the bidder’s responsibility; the Municipality is not liable for misplaced bids. Only original Bid documents completed in black ink are accepted. Late, incomplete, faxed, or emailed bids will be rejected. Proof of submission does not confirm receipt. The Municipality reserves the right to accept any bid in full or part, or reject all bids. Tenders must remain valid for 120 days after closing.
