Sbd 6.1 Preference points claim form in terms of the preferential procurement regulations 2022

The 80/20 preference point system will be applicable. Points will be awarded for price and specific goals.

The supplier must provide an online library with 4 user licenses for the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development for a period of two years.

The supplier must ensure that the goods supplied conform to the standards mentioned in the bidding documents and specifications.

Bidders must complete SBD form 3.3 (Pricing Schedule).

Bidders must complete SBD forms 1, 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), 4, and 6.1.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have a valid tax clearance certificate. Bidders must also comply with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022.

Bidders must submit a B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preference points for B-BBEE.

The contract will be governed by the General Conditions of Contract (revised July 2010) and the Special Conditions of Contract.

Bidders must submit the following documents with their bids: Quotations, Completed SBD forms 1, 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), 4, and 6.1, TCC, CIPS, and Copy of ID, and Latest full CSD Report.

The evaluation criteria will be based on the 80/20 preference point system. Points will be awarded for price and specific goals.
