Quantities: 2 x 2500-seater white marquee tents, 4 x 200-seater white marquee tents, 2 x 3-tier deckers (staging), including all accessories (flooring, lighting, anchoring, sidewalls, etc.). Service period: 6 September 2026 to 12 September 2026. Delivery and assembly must be completed before the event start date; removal after event conclusion. Tents must be white, structurally sound, compliant with SANS 10085-1 (temporary structures) and relevant safety regulations. Provider must have capacity for transport to Kimberley, on-site erection, and dismantling within the specified window.

Pricing schedule: firm prices (SBD 3.1) — all-inclusive rates covering hire, delivery, assembly, accessories, dismantling, removal, and VAT. No price adjustments permitted after submission.
