Scope: Provision of specialised facilities services — Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services — at Highveld Zone for Eskom Distribution Property Management Mpumalanga operating unit, on an as-and-when-required basis for 60 months.

Quality management requirements (per Eskom Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000 / QM 58):

• Bidders must develop, implement, maintain and continually improve a Quality Management System (QMS) conforming to ISO 9001.
• A valid ISO 9001 certificate from an accredited certification body is required unless excluded by the tender category.
• Bidders must submit a draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) specific to the scope of work, addressing ISO 10005 requirements.
• Bidders must submit internal and external audit reports, management review records, and documented information for roles, responsibilities and authorities.
• Bidders must submit documented information for control of externally provided processes, products and services.
