Amajuba district municipality is establishing a panel of service providers for specialised communications services, covering marketing and communications, branding, media relations and buying, project and events management, and research and survey services, for a period of 36 months. Bidders must score at least 20 points on functionality to be listed on the panel; functionality is assessed on traceable references (appointment letters or purchase orders worth at least R50,000 each within the last ten years, minimum two) and financial viability (bank rating not older than 12 months).
Bidders must complete and return all Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs), including MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, and MBD 9, and failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.

The panel is evaluated on the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals (black-owned business, female, youth, disability, and business located within Amajuba District Municipality).
Bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes endorsed with the bid number and description, deposited in the tender box at the reception area at B9356, Amajuba Road, Section 1, Madadeni, before the closing date of Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 12h00 noon.
