The successful bidder will be bound by the quotation, the Municipality’s SCM Policy, applicable legislation, the specifications, official orders and any resulting contract. The Municipality may take appropriate action where a supplier fails to perform, including termination of the contract in whole or in part and the imposition of applicable penalties or restrictions.
