• Goods supplied must conform to the standards mentioned in the bidding documents.
• The purchaser reserves the right to inspect, test, and reject goods that do not comply.

• You must complete Schedule 1F, providing details of similar work successfully completed in the last 5 years.
• You must provide proof of registration with the Retail Motor Industry Organization (Schedule 1G).

• Goods supplied must conform to the standards and specifications in the bidding documents.
• The purchaser reserves the right to inspect, test, and analyse goods at any stage.
• Costs for inspections confirming compliance are borne by the purchaser; costs for non-compliant goods are borne by the supplier.
• Non-compliant goods may be rejected and must be replaced at the supplier's cost.

• Complete the official pricing schedule by hand, listing unit prices and totals for each part number.
• Prices must be all-inclusive (VAT, transport, delivery).
• Indicate if you are a registered VAT vendor and provide your VAT number.
• Specify the delivery period in days/weeks/months after official order.

• Prices must be written by hand into the official pricing schedule, completed in full, and originally signed.
• All prices must be quoted in South African Rand and inclusive of 15% VAT.
• Bid prices must include all costs: labour, transport, and any other expenses. No hidden costs are allowed.
• Rates will remain fixed for the duration of the financial year. No other price adjustments are permitted.
• You must indicate if you are a registered VAT vendor and provide your VAT number if applicable.
• If you are not a VAT vendor, the subtotal and total (excluding and including VAT) must reflect the same amount.
• The total estimated value of this RFQ is below R300,000. Only one service provider will be appointed.
• Delivery is to Bredasdorp at the supplier's cost.
• Payment terms: The municipality undertakes to pay within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice.

• You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Provide your CSD registration number.
• Submit a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN issued by SARS. Failure to submit this will invalidate your bid.
• For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors, each party must submit a separate TCS PIN or CSD number.

• The contract is governed by the National Treasury General Conditions of Contract (GCC), obtainable from www.treasury.gov.za.
