Sedfa is seeking one or more qualified and experienced service providers to deliver an outsourced treasury function, managing and optimising surplus cash investments across the group and its subsidiaries for a three-year period. The successful bidder(s) will design and implement a fit-for-purpose treasury function, manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity, and invest surplus funds in line with PFMA and national treasury regulations. The most consequential requirement is the mandatory minimum of r2 billion in discretionary fixed income and cash management assets under management, along with a valid fsca category ii fsp licence.
