• SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid): all sections fully completed.
• SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest): discloses any connection to state employees or evaluation personnel.
• SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim): claims B-BBEE and specific-goal points.
• General Conditions of Contract: all pages signed or initialled.
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
• Certified copy of B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

Evaluation follows the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals, once minimum functionality criteria are met.

PSETA requires the services of a Grammarly partner to assist with the renewal of Grammarly licenses for a period of 12 months.

Licenses required: Grammarly Enterprise Edition, quantity 10.

The assignment objective is to assist with the renewal of the Grammarly subscriptions/licenses.

Pricing must be all-inclusive, covering professional fees, venue hire, travel expenses, disbursements and VAT.

A cost analysis must cover the full project amount.

PSETA may require a breakdown of rates on any priced item.

PSETA reserves the right to negotiate the price.

Tax compliance: bidders must submit their unique SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN, or a printed TCS certificate, or a CSD number if no TCS PIN is available.

CSD registration is required.

B-BBEE: a B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs and QSEs) must be submitted to qualify for preference points.

CIPC registration document required.

No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state, companies with directors who are persons in the service of the state, or close corporations with members who are persons in the service of the state.
