Contractual Terms

The successful bidder will be required to sign a written contract form (SBD 7). The contract will be assessed and monitored in accordance with Supply Chain Management requirements. The validity period of the RFQ is 90 days. CMS reserves the right to extend the closing date under exceptional circumstances. CMS may cancel the award if the bidder engaged in corrupt or fraudulent activities. Bidders must not be listed on the National Treasury's database of restricted bidders or tender defaulters.
