Support requirements: Business hours support (08h00–17h00, Monday to Friday), remote and on-site support, preventive maintenance, software updates and security patches, and vendor-certified technical resources. SLA response times: Critical – 2 hours response, 8 hours resolution; High – 4 hours response, 1 business day resolution; Medium – 8 hours response, 2 business days resolution; Low – 1 business day response, 5 business days resolution.
Evaluation: 80/20 preference point system – Price (80 points) and Specific Goals (20 points). Specific Goals: Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (5 points), Size of the Company (3 points), Black Woman-Owned Enterprise (5 points), Ownership by People with Disabilities (3 points), Ownership by Youth (4 points). Only bidders who complete and sign SBD 6.1 will be considered for preference points.
Payment: CMS pays within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Payments are based on milestones/deliverables as per the project implementation plan. Invoices must be emailed to [email protected] and reference the Purchase Order number.
