• Certification after inspection.

• Collection and return transportation.
• Replacement of defective parts (if required and approved).
• Defined turnaround period.
• Warranty on workmanship.
• Proof that technicians are trained/authorised on BAUER equipment.

• 22 SCBA cylinders service (each).
• Transport of cylinders return (1 lot).
• Service and repair of 1 BAUER KOMPRESSOREN PE-300 SCBA Compressor with certification.
• Service and repair of 1 BAUER KOMPRESSOREN PE-100 portable SCBA Compressor with certification.
• Service and repair of 15 SCBA backplates and harnesses (each).

• Tax Compliance: Provide your Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS or, if not available, your Central Supplier Database (CSD) number. For consortia/JVs/subcontractors, each party must submit separate proof.
• B-BBEE: Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate and Scorecard or a BBBEE QSE/EME Affidavit. Points are awarded per the evaluation criteria.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD): Submit a CSD Report.
• Company Registration: Provide Certificate of Incorporation showing ownership split.
• VAT: Complete the VAT Questionnaire.
• Declaration of Interest: Complete the Declaration of Interest Form for Politically Exposed Persons (PEP/DPIP).
• Security Vetting: ACSA is a National Key Point; bidders may be subject to security vetting. Non-compliance disqualifies.
• All submitted documents must remain valid for the contract duration; you must provide updates if they expire.

• Bid validity period: 120 business days. Prices must remain firm during this period.
• Confidentiality: ACSA will not disclose bidder information without written approval. Bidders must not disclose tender information to third parties without ACSA's written approval; if consultation is needed, third parties must sign confidentiality agreements submitted with the bid.
• Security vetting: ACSA is a National Key Point; bidders may be subject to security vetting. Non-compliance disqualifies.
• ACSA reserves the right to: award the whole or part of the bid, split the award, negotiate with shortlisted bidders, award to a bidder other than the highest scorer, reject the lowest acceptable bid, or cancel the bid.
