The RFQ shall expire when the value is reached and it will not be extended.
Service provider is required to have sufficient equipment that are configurated and
suitable to operate within the forestry industry. There will be no waiting period for the
carrier to source equipment, therefore the carrier is expected by the company (
SAFCOL) to have the equipment available immideately after rceiving the award letter
from Supply Chain Department.
