The service provider must have sufficient equipment to operate within the forestry industry, including a minimum of three 6 x 4 or 6 x 6 rigid logger body truck tractors with minimum two or three axle logger trailers. The equipment must conform to normal Certificate of Fitness (COF) and licence requirements.

The bidder must provide a detailed methodology for the provision of round log transport services, including the type of operation, type of transport, location of operation, and volume requirements.

Accepted RFQs will be communicated by way of an official purchase order or a promissory note signed by a duly authorized official. No goods or services must be prepared or delivered before an official purchase order or promissory note is received.
