• Specific Goals: 20 points total, awarded as follows:
• 51% or more disability-owned enterprise: 10 points (proof: medical certificate from a registered professional or CSD report).
• 51% or more women-owned enterprise: 5 points (proof: ID copies of directors, CSD report, B-BBEE certificate, or affidavit).
• 51% or more youth-owned enterprise: 5 points (proof: ID copies of directors, CSD report, B-BBEE certificate, or affidavit).

Bidders with less than 51% ownership in any category score 0 points for that category.

Catering services for a two-day capacity building programme for KZN exporters travelling to Namibia on an Outward Selling Mission. The programme runs one day before departure and one day after return.

Deliveries (each for 22 people):

• 20 August 2026: Breakfast at 08h00 – muffins (chocolate, blueberry, bran) and scones (jam and butter). Lunch at 12h30 – beef curry, savoury rice, vegetarian pasta (5 people), roast chicken, green salad, potato salad, 300ml soft drinks and fruit juice (must include sugar-free options).
• 17 September 2026: Breakfast at 08h00 – scones (jam and butter). Lunch at 12h30 – butter chicken curry, rice, veg biryani (5 people), beetroot, green salad, 300ml soft drinks and fruit juice (must include sugar-free options).

The caterer must provide their own crockery and utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery, serving dishes, serving spoons).
