The subscription includes ChatGPT Team Licenses (Quantity x 2, billed annually) and token top-ups in increments of $1,000 (excl. VAT) as required. Two-gate evaluation:

• Price: 80 points, scored using formula Ps = 80(1 - (Pt - Pmin)/Pmin).
• Specific Goals: 20 points, claimed via SBD 6.1 with supporting evidence (valid B-BBEE Sworn Affidavit/SANAS certificate, CSD report, share certificate, etc.).

Total adjudication points NT = Ps + NP.

Post-evaluation: Interfront may shortlist, request Best and Final Offer (BAFO), conduct due diligence, or negotiate.

• Failure to deliver may result in penalties or termination per GCC clauses 21, 22, 23.

Bidders must demonstrate proven relevant experience and ability to deliver reliable, efficient, and effective service. Falsified experience or qualifications will lead to immediate disqualification.
