Procurement of a managed sd-wan network service, including the supply, installation, configuration, and ongoing monitoring of sd-wan fabric and links, with service and billing information made available via a web-based portal. The contract is a single agreement with one entity, evaluated under the 80/20 preference point system, and requires bidders to meet mandatory administrative, functionality, and technical resource requirements. The most consequential consideration is that bidders must pass administrative compliance and mandatory requirements before their technical and pricing proposals are evaluated, and must submit a valid csd report and tax compliance pin.
