Only use additional pages on your letterhead if insufficient space, and cross-reference in the RFP. • all alterations to bid prices must be done by deleting incorrect figures, inserting correct ones, and initialling the changes. Failure to do this may lead to items being excluded from award. • Prices must be in south african rand (ZAR). prices quoted 'subject to confirmation' will not be considered. • After the closing date, you may only communicate with the general manager procurement. Unauthorised communication with other foskor officials can lead to disqualification. • Foskor reserves the right to conduct post-tender negotiations with shortlisted bidders.

Pest control services must be provided to the raf bloemfontein office in two intervals, every three months. The service provider will handle raf's confidential, private, personal, or sensitive information and must comply with the protection of personal information act. The service provider must implement comprehensive technical and organisational security measures, including secure document handling, transportation, storage, and access controls. The service provider's premises must have physical security measures, including a secure perimeter, controlled access, surveillance, and fire suppression systems. The service provider must have robust cybersecurity measures, including encryption, network security, and an incident response plan for data breaches. The service provider is responsible for ensuring any subcontractors or third parties adhere to the same data protection and cybersecurity standards. Raf reserves the right to audit and monitor the service provider's compliance and to conduct security screening of company directors and resources.

Returnable documents required: - warranty documentation for a minimum period of 1 year. - Specification sheet(s) proving load and speed ratings of the rims. - Detailed drawing of the rims.
