Returnable forms include SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4 (Bidder's Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim), the Form of Offer, and the Certificate of Authority for Signatory. A signed Joint Venture Agreement is required where applicable. The Bills of Quantities must be completed in full with correct 15% VAT.
