The successful service provider will be the one scoring the highest points: However, Vaal Central Water may on reasonable justifiable grounds, award the contract in whole to a bidder who did not score the highest points where objective criteria set out by the institution was applied. Points for this tender (even in the case of a tender for income-generating contracts) shall be awarded for: (a) Price; and (b) Specific Goals. The maximum points for this tender are allocated as follows: PRICE 80, SPECIFIC GOALS 20, Total points for Price and SPECIFIC GOALS 100.
