Supply three (3) Gator protective cases or similar for safe storage, handling and transportation of electronic keyboard instruments: Korg Kronos 61 Synthesizer, Yamaha Motif XF 88 Keys, and RD 2000 Roland 88 Note. Delivery to Corner of John Kani Road and Winston Ntshona Street, Central, Gqeberha, 6001.

Quotations must be submitted by email to [email protected] or hand-delivered to 68 Cape Road, Gqeberha, Att. Ms. Lutho Daweti, before the closing time. The following are compulsory and failure to comply results in immediate disqualification:

• Complete the MBTC RFQ special conditions forms and attach a valid company quotation on letterhead.
• Prices must be VAT inclusive and include delivery.
• Quotation must remain valid for 90 days.
• Provide a breakdown of prices.
• Complete and submit SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim).
• Provide the CSD supplier number.
• No prepayment or upfront payment will be made.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. Specific goals include ownership by youth, women, black people, people living with disabilities, and locality (Nelson Mandela Bay Metro, Eastern Cape, neighbouring provinces, other provinces, outside RSA). Points are claimed on SBD 6.1; failure to submit proof means no preference points are awarded.

Provide unit price and total price for each item. Indicate VAT (only if VAT registered) and total price inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
